Privacy Policy
This policy will describe how Trustlight LLC, the company that operates the Aunt Mabel daily wellness-call service, handles the information collected through it.
We do not share a recipient's details with the Cajun Navy Ground Force.
This policy is being finalized with counsel now. When it's ready, this page will set out what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who it is shared with, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
One thing is worth stating up front, because it's the one families ask about first:
After every call, the account holder sees a short summary of how it went — how your loved one sounded, what they talked about, and anything that gave us concern. This is written by Mabel after the call, not a recording or a transcript of what was said. It appears in the account holder's dashboard; the emergency contacts named during enrollment cannot sign in and read it there. If something sounds wrong we email the account holder and those emergency contacts rather than waiting for anyone to check the dashboard, and that email includes the summary.
A recipient's ZIP code is used to work out their time zone, so the daily call arrives at the right hour where they actually are.
Questions before then? Please reach out — we'd rather answer first.
