Terms of Service

These Terms will govern your use of the Aunt Mabel daily wellness-call service, which is operated by Trustlight LLC. Trustlight LLC is the company you contract with and the company that takes payment.

Aunt Mabel grew out of years of disaster-response work with the Cajun Navy Ground Force, and uses their name with their permission. That is the service's history, not a description of what it does: the Cajun Navy Ground Force does not operate Aunt Mabel, is not the party you contract with, and does not take your payment.

Aunt Mabel does not provide in-person visits, disaster response, or wellness checks at anyone's home. The service is the daily phone call and the alerts that follow from it.

These Terms are being finalized with counsel now. When they're ready, this page will carry the full Terms in plain language, covering what the service does and doesn't promise, how billing and cancellation work, and how and when we contact the people you name.

Until then, one thing is worth saying plainly, because it's the point people most need to understand before they sign up:

Aunt Mabel is a friendly daily check-in. It is not an emergency service, a medical service, or a monitoring service, and it is not a substitute for calling 911 or for professional care.
